Liked: Location was great, really easy to find, with restaurants and supermarket a five minute drive away. Plenty of parking spaces. We had booked the 2 bedroom king suite, and the description made it seem like there was only one bathroom. we were really surprised and very pleased to find each bedroom had an en-suite. Rooms were very generous in proportion.All the staff we had interaction with were really friendly and helpful. Overall, perfect for what we required.
Disliked: We requested to have our room serviced and got back from a long day out to find it hadn't been done. Had to go to reception for fresh towels, and was advised the house keeping team ran out of time and it be done the following day. Which it was.

Great value for a stay...

Liked: Location not too far from university. Had a decent pool area secluded from the boulevard so relaxing. Game tables in game room & lobby for recreation. Room suites were comfortable & set up well.
Disliked: Did have a fireplace in Lobby area which is a nice touch but was never on and no cozy decorations nor furniture around it.

Big and comfy rooms, as...

Liked: The room was massive, as if you were renting a whole flat. That's probably the best thing that made me decide to stay here and that totally met my expectations. You've got plenty of cooking utensils there and room to put everything. The bed was super big and extremely comfy. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were really nice. The hotel has a laundry room (free of charge) and they provide one sachet of detergent powder for free. There were also two dishwasher tablets available. The common areas are quite big and comfy, and there is free coffee in the mornings. The hotel is steps away from the airport-shuttle bus stop and close to car rentals, supermarkets and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Two things that could be improved:- The room I got faced onto the street, which could be a bit noisy during the weekends. I opted for sleeping with earplugs as the AC equipment was also quite noisy (had to turn off the one inside the room).- There was a weird smell in the room when I arrived. I guess it was from the people who stayed before who must have used the toaster and burned something inside. I would suggest having at least some air deodorizer available in the rooms.
