Liked: We stay here quite frequently as it is perfect for location and we have always been pleased with the hotel and staff
Disliked: Could do with a pool to make it

Liked: My second stay with yourselves. What a wonderful place to stay, clean and warm in the room. Two nights spent and had all what we needed in the room. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing that was very minor was an extractor fan that the noise from it became quite loud in the night but as I said very minor.

Liked: The breakfast was nice and the the new part of the hotel looked great.
Disliked: I stayed in the old part of the hotel which was tired. It had wooden windows which did not block out the noise from outside and you could hear cars on the busy road it fronts all night.

Relaxing getaway.

Liked: Beautifal Hotel with lovely decor .The fragrance throughout was very nice .Robes and slippers were nice .
Disliked: Curtain pole falling down when closing the curtains but was sorted .Had a spa room, but I do feel it was basic. Minimal amount of toiletries supplied as part of the room and required more ,no shampoo provided .I read chocolate was supposed to be in the room, which wasn't provided .It lacked the Spa feeling, pamper, and luxury that we was expecting generally felt an upgraded bathroom rather than a Spa room..Alot of extra costs even for an expresso coffee at breakfast which was included in the hotel price .Food menu rather pricey and additional cost for the gym etc .

Liked: Breakfast was about the only decent thing
Disliked: The room been outside and around the building and then been charged £25 just to change room as a solo female traveler I thought it was not fair to be expected to go outside late at night alone. The room I was moved to was the exact same as my brothers!!!

Great restaurant, adequate room but...

Liked: Cooked elements of breakfast were fine.
Disliked: I thought the other parts of breakfast; cereals, etc were far below comparable hotels. There was continental breakfast available to order, but almost every hotel I have stayed in have these elements on the buffet, and that was disappointing. I would have expected to see fresh fruits, compotes, yogurts, pastries and croissants on display.My room was in the old part of the hotel, with no internal access to reception, gym and the restaurant. Very comfy bed and decent bathroom, but no means to regulate temperature, lots of noise at 5.00am from room above.

Liked: Convenient location for visiting family
Disliked: Hotel is set up for weddings and events. Paid a premium for our dog to stay. But we're then told at reception she was only allowed in the public areas. So we made other arrangements wa meal in the evening. And had to have breakfast one at a time.The tv remote control was dirty with no back on it. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower .
