Superb
Liked: Modern, welcoming and cost effective hotel in a great location! Dylan made us feel very welcome.
Disliked: Could have been slightly cleaner in the details but on the whole it was ok. Valet was pricey but that may just be Miami.

Liked: Only the location
Disliked: That the rooms are small if u have a patio no microwave and on top of that I had my jewelry stolen from me out of my room.. So I honestly feel like housekeeping or management is responsible..

Not same as meridian
Disliked: I encountered a significant lapse in cleanliness during my stay at Urbanica, where my room remained unattended for four consecutive days. This issue prompted me to relocate to an alternative hotel, incurring an unexpected expense of $2000. Across the hospitality industry, it is customary for hotels to implement a policy where guests signify their desire for room cleaning by displaying a "Do Not Disturb" sign. However, it was disconcerting to discover that Urbanica requires guests to actively request room cleaning by hanging such a sign, thus implying a cost-saving measure at the expense of guest comfort and satisfaction. Regrettably, the declining standards in service and upkeep at Urbanica have been noted, with even basic amenities such as the hairdryer exhibiting an accumulation of dust indicative of inadequate cleaning practices.
