Very good

Liked: Good value for money and Chelsea, the receptionist was superb. Lovely person, very helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. The bar and restaurant staff were also very nice. The hotel is in a great location for accessing the M1 but it wasn't too noisy.The room had everything you needed for a short stay and the bed was very comfortable.

Great stay - would definitely...

Liked: Very spacious and amazing size family rooms for what we need.Very good breakfast
Disliked: The shower is either boiling hot or freezing cold. I nearly scalded my children because the tap needed moving just a fraction from either being boiling hot or freezing cold. Really recommend this gets fixed before you have an accident or injury
