Below expectations,wouldnt recommend booking there

Disliked: I didnt like that receptionist on arrival asked for my payment card details so following day they could charge me extra 12 pounds for stay without no good reason.Also shower didnt have hot water,plus I feel like I been robbed by Troutville.Therefore Im giving 1 out of 10 points

Liked: Had a room upgrade, young lad on reception very helpful, Sebastian behind the bar was brilliant.
Disliked: Was given a modern room then I booked for my son to join us for his birthday booking him a double room also, unfortunately his room was very dated, smelt of damp and mould, we were given an upgrade and free breakfast for my son for this

Disliked: The room.Room terrible,holes in wall,dirty carpet,smelt and felt grubby.Shower terrible,shower curtain had something horrible over it. I didnt shower as it was a horrible bathroom.. Pee on wall. The car park charge The outside door from carpark was broken so had to walk uphill carrying bags.Lift brokenI only saw 4 other people in hotel
