Comfortable beds if not the size advertised; clean; wifi worked in room mostly; door to bathroom coming apart at side seam, with peeling paint. Surprisingly little noise from bar right below our room or from the street outside our window. But didn't get the room as advertised online and the desk clerk couldn't resolve.

Liked: Mostly clean, friendly & helpful staff.
Disliked: Didn't have microwave as advertised online; had to ask for hairdryer.

I booked online and printed out my receipt. Wanted two queen size beds with amenities including fridge, microwave, hair dryer yada yada. Checked in and was disappointed. No amenities. There was nothing I could do and nothing your staff could have done. Would like some kind of restitution other than 'when you book online, you might get just anything other than what you thought you were getting'; as quoted by one of the hotel staff. Sorry, didn't feel safe - seedy part of town.

Probably the best value for...

Liked: The free breakfast was better than expected. Good variety of food and drink choices. Free parking and there was always space available when we needed to park. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. House cleaning was efficient and thorough. Room and bathroom was clean.
Disliked: Room was a little dark (but was accurate to the photos). Only 1 small round table provided. No desk for work/laptop.

Liked: We wasn't able to eat the breakfast but the stay was excellent it was affordable the room was clean and it was quiet.. parking was free and it was close enough to the hospital for my appointment. The stsff was very helpful. I will stay again in the future. And I recommend to others.
Disliked: No elevator we had heavy bags.

Liked: It was quiet, centrally located, with an acceptable breakfast.
Disliked: Not the hotel, but some idiot guest parked her SUV in a compact car space then asked management to ask me to move my car so she could get in an out of her car. I would have preferred the woman was just told to park elsewhere. It was her issue, not mine.

Great upgrades!

Liked: I was pleased with the room, bed was very comfortable!! Great location, very close to Casey Eye Institute which was the reason for our stay. Staff was super nice and helpful.
Disliked: I can see that the hotel is being upgraded a little at a time. The upgrades were well chosen and were nice. The curd appeal leaves a lot to be desired. I'm sure that it is on their to-do list. It's kinda fun to go and see what they have done.
