Disliked: Hotel was closed and sent email with cancellation only a few hours before we arrived. As we were on the plane, we did not get that. So we spent 50 dollars on a taxi to get there only to find out it was closed in the middle of the night with 2 kids. Had to spend the night at expensive Hilton

Liked: besides the bathroom of older age it was kept very clean; the man who checked me in was very nice
Disliked: When I arrived I was asked to check in next door at the Ozone Inn, because the place I had booked is a shelter now.Besides me asked for my room not to be cleaned at the reception it was - sorry for the waste of bathroom supplies.

Liked: The Saturday evening shift front desk attendant was "GREAT!" Very accoummidating, she even linked our two rooms together, via a door way.
Disliked: The Sunday day shift front desk attendent was Terrible! I had just checked out, when I realize one more "pee" before I get on the road. SHE SAID NO! No, they don't have bathroom....No! I can't go back in my room......She was bad...I would not stay there again!
