We had ants in our room. When we told employees they didn’t offer to do anything. We ended up asking for a broom and raid to take care of it ourselves. I would have spent more money for a better place if I had known that but not being familiar with the area I went with closest place to venue.

Liked: Most workers were nice.
Disliked: Toilet clogged and we had ants in our room.

Would not stay again

Liked: I wanted to be near the civic center, we were attending a show. This was very close
Disliked: The parking garage was so small our truck nearly didn’t fit. The rooms were nice and updated but dirty! The hard wood floor were not mopped. Our shower was not cleaned ( had old soap dripping down) and our sheets were stained. I asked for clean bedding and it took 4.5 HOURS and I went down to get it myself.
