Dirty, broken, advertising is completely...

Liked: Nothing spent 4hrs there trying to get the front desk lady to answer the phone to guest services. Still waiting on my refund like promised. Have yet to receive it.
Disliked: It was dirty, had bed bugs, left over food in the microwave, rat feces in the air vents, the door was broke and unable to lock, sheets were dirty.
