Liked: Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice with enough options to chose from. We enjoyed the outside pool too.

Liked: I have been lodging in this hotel for years The cleaning crew is awesome and friendly
Disliked: The day we arrived, the receptionist was not able to identify our paid reservation and without even trying to check on her side, since I showed her the proof of payment she insisted there was no reservation made I had to call booking.com for support and luckily I was able to talk with someone who helped us to clarify the situation Indeed there was a reservation and our names were in the receptionist list, but she wasn’t willing to admit Finally the room we were assigned was on the ground level by the pool, not really the most quiet room

Liked: The space of the room and clean. The price was reasonable.
Disliked: There was a heavy smell of Marijuana coming in our room. That made it very unpleasant.
