This place was pretty easy to find, but it was a little less centrally located than I had assumed. It is a dingy, but it is not as bad as all the reviews make it out to be. I didn't experience rude customer service, but it wasn't above par either. It was cheap, and served it's purpose. This place is like vanilla ice cream, it's okay, but it's no one's favorite flavor.

Stayed for a concert, would stay again for sure. Got what I paid for - nothing exciting but served its purpose. Like most reviews, the bathroom was set up awkward but it was in working order. The staff didn't speak good english and we had to wait a while for someone at the front desk, but all in all it was a hotel that served its purpose.

Liked: Inexpensive; walking distance from everything.
Disliked: Water damage; smelled kinda musty; hard beds.

It was fair.

Liked: Free coffee.
Disliked: Had problem with the keys we were given. Worker said that we were swiping it wrong. He programmed the keys again and brought us to the room to show us how to swipe. When he opened the door we found a room that wasn?t cleaned by house keeping. Had to be given a different room.

Passable

Liked: It was good enough to stay in for a weekend trip.
Disliked: The floor looked and felt like it hadn?t been moped or even swept in years.

Superb

Liked: We stay here every year on a business trip we take. I think the best review is a returning customer! Clean, farily quiet, comfortable, cost effective.

Okay

Liked: The location fit the need to be in the town. Also, it was a one night stay, before I moved into the Marriott nearby for two nights, so it served its purpose for a place to sleep that night.
Disliked: I booked the room, then drove three hours to the place only to be told that they didn't have a room for me. Though I provided my phone number over Booking.com, the staff didn't have my number on hand to call prior to my arrival. Instead they emailed, which I didn't read because I was driving. Nonetheless, they luckily had some cancellations, so they were able to provide a room.

Would never stay again!

Liked: The location was nice and close to the college.
Disliked: When you?re staying at a motel, you need a place to sleep and a hot shower...there was no hot water and when I called the front desk, I could not understand what he was saying. If you are going to own a business in the U.S. you need to speak and understand ENGLISH. Also the young man that checked us in never took his earbuds out and had a full blown conversation with someone while he checked us in and took my money, the whole experience was terrible. This place is so outdated, it needs a complete overhaul, too bad because the location is right in town and convenient to the college.
