Liked: Location was amazing, area was lovely and the hotel was superb
Disliked: Only downside, bed was small and a tad uncomfortable but nothing horrendous and certainly wouldnt put me off

Liked: The staff are lovely! Everyone we talked to was so happy to help, always smiling. I visit London once or twice a year and have to say that this is the best service I have experienced in a long time
Disliked: There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room although you can get coffee at a machine on each floor but two of the three machines were out of order on one of the evenings which wasn't great. Would have preferred to be able to make a coffee in my room rather than to go to the machine. Especially first thing in the morning.

Disliked: Plumbing system didn’t work well, we could not flush the toilet during the night. No coffee machine working at our floor.

Well located comfy hotel

Liked: Small but comfy room with a balcony and good view. Good cafe/restaurant attached
Disliked: Some taps in the bath would be good so you don't have to fill it with the shower!

Liked: Very central and easy access to rail and tube networks as well as nice pubs in the vicinity. Room was perfect and loved access to coffee on the floor

Disliked: Inexperienced staff on front desk, tiny reception area with insufficient seating. Very overpriced, no Spa facilities. Bath on Rooftop Patio but only with cold water.
