Excellent quality room with polite...

Liked: Very polite and attentive staff at reception. Upgraded to quiet and high room - spacious and modern. Breakfast very good.
Disliked: Minor: Lift floor numbering is slightly confusing. Slightly noisy in restaurant due to travellers using mobile phones to watch videos - perhaps restrictions are needed.

It was a wonderful stay...

Liked: We loved breakfast. It had many options and everything was delicious. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location is exceptional, because it is very close to the Euston station. The staff was very nice and always helpful.
Disliked: Maybe the price for 3 nights is a little high, but we understood, because the location is very good nearby the train station (like 5 minutes or less by foot), everything was so clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Liked: Staff were super welcoming and accommodating. Paid for 2 supreme rooms but only way given one, after a 2 min chat with reception we were upgraded to a suite!! Great service
