This was a clean hotel...

Liked: Staff were very helpful. Room clean and had good in-room facilities; tea & coffee, comp. water, nice toiletries, iron/board, safe. We didn’t have a window, which sounded scarier than it was. Faux windows with blinds just gave the illusion it was night. The hotel was very handy for a raft of connections. Happy we could use mainline trains and buses.
Disliked: Only problem for me was the kitchen reno was very near our room with power tools, hammering and sawing going on until gone 11pm. Clearly this won’t be a problem for most guests.

Will stay again

Liked: We had been let down by our accommodation we had originally booked so we came straight to this place and they were very accommodating and friendly! The bed was so comfy, I had a great nights sleep and it was exceptionally clean!
Disliked: Nothing bad to say

Liked: clean, organised, good staff availability, everything was very straightforward and they were good at listening to our concerns and requests and got back to my messages quickly.

Conveniently located minute walk to...

Liked: The staff were always very friendly and attentive. I asked to change my room due to some issues and they immediately did so without any problem. Room had all the required facilities.
Disliked: Only issues was the slowness of the lfit. On one day it didn't even work but this was okay. Overall the experience was good and the staff were great.
