Liked: A fantastic room with fridge, sofas and private balcony with a wonderful view . A comfortable bed and large en-suite bathroom.A very pleasant restaurant with excellent food and brilliant service. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Fabulous stay as usual

Liked: As we have previously stayed here we new it was lovely. Great spacious clean and comfortable room with views across the Derbyshire hills. Great facilities, lovely bathroom and toiletries. Breakfast is amazing as usual. Lovely friendly contented staff all makes for a welcoming stay

Liked: absolutely delighted re room service .Saved the walk up to the restaurant - as we both have health / mobility problems
Disliked: Unfortunately because we booked late there wasn't a room with a large bed but we have been before and we knew that the view was well worth it .

Excellent place for long or...

Liked: The place is lovely with modern and very comfortable well=furnished rooms. Meals are excellent and right on site. We were only staying one night en route to friends, but would have loved to stay longer. It is a great location

Liked: Excellent location for exploring, Chatsworth, Bakewell and Matlock. A lovely peaceful setting with the bonus of an excellent pub serving delicious food at the location. The breakfast is very good.
Disliked: A lovely property with nothing to dislike.
