Liked: Loved the cookies and breakfast items in the morning. The space was Beautiful! All of the art everywhere and in the room. And front desk and valet were very kind and professional.
Disliked: One of the maids knocked on our door and then let herself in to hand me ice and cookies. That made me quite uncomfortable and I would have preferred to have answered the door myself (she needs to wait longer). The vent in the ceiling of the bathroom was covered in months worth of dust and has clearly not been cleaned in a very long time, which is really gross. The light from the hallway shines under the room door quite a lot detracts from having an adequately dark room. I also don’t appreciate the fact that when I Googled the property the day of my arrival to find the address, the first thing I saw was a BETTER room than mine advertised for almost $100 less! That puts a real damper on one’s stay.
