Liked: Excellent location opposite to King’s Cross station.
Disliked: Very expensive and not value for money. Not 5 stay standard. Breakfast is not free and need to be paid at hotel on arrival

Liked: Position for Eurostar, canal walk & lots of other activities. The restaurant. Staff very friendly & seemed happy even late at night. Very convenient location. Nice terrace bar.
Disliked: For your standard of hotel, it would have been nice to have had the first bottle of water on arrival on the house? Also with my early morning coffee or tea, I was looking for a cookie of some sort? Usually in hotels you are offered a small packet of 2 cookies on the coffee tea making tray each? Cookies can be bought wrapped in twos....! Another important fact, I was disappointed after having been to the theatre with my nephew & his girlfriend from Belgium, we w had a nightcap in your bar & wanted a few nibbles, but the kitchen had just closed! The time was 22.35pm,? I thought this country wants to boost the economy? London used to be the be the best capital in the world? All in all I enjoyed my stay. But next time remind me to buy some sandwiches when returning from a show?

Liked: the interior was fabulous! the architecture, the used colours, the tiles, the furniture ... it all created a lovely vintage atmosphere
Disliked: the noise from the disco/bar on the 10th floor/ We slept in room 909, beautiful room and view but untill late we had to hear the beats ...

Liked: The location was amazing.., staff weee fantastic. The range of bars and restaurants in the hotel itself were excellent. A really great atmosphere.
Disliked: I loved everything about it!
