Very good

Liked: The design of the entire hotel is amazing. Very helpful and kind staff. The rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Best location to tour London. Great views of Saint pancreas station.
Disliked: Rooms are quite small for the price, there was no real space to store our luggage. The restaurants are kind of overrated in my opinion, beautiful design but very pricey and the food was not great.

Superb

Liked: Great attention to detail in the rooms. Very well connected location and easy to navigate to and from. Room service food was also great.
Disliked: They knock on the door twice a day, once for cleaning and once for minibar. Seems redundant, would be better to combine.

Great location

Liked: The location was great. Our room was upgraded due to the booked room not having a window. We did pay a little extra for a room with windows, but it's totally worth it.

Amazing location, amazing view n...

Liked: I really enjoyed the front desk staff there was they were very attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious and a perfect with amenities in the room in addition to one of the best beds and pillows I’ve ever slept on at a hotel in London
Disliked: The fact that almost every night, if not every night there was an event at the restaurant double standards and or the rooftop was either booked or close for a private event On Saturday I did want to attend the live DJ at the Mexican restaurant decima, but then I was told that it was closed for a private event, even though it doesn’t say that there was a private event and I already invited my friends to hang out there so that was quite disappointing
