Cool, exciting and memorable stay.
Liked: Excellent reception staff on arrival- very welcoming. Very bright and modern room and very clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: We loved everything about our stay! Location is amazing, staff could not have been more lovely. The hotel itself is gorgeous and clean. Rooftop bar was great.

Location is everything
Liked: The best thing about thi shotel is the location, when you arrive with the eurostar you just have to cross the street to check-in. Best part is king's cross is right outside the door so you can take any metro to anywhere in the city. Staff is friendly and welcoming
Disliked: this was my second stay and I did not hesitate to book them again for this trip, however I'm not sure I would book them again the next time. The biggest issue I had is that now they suddenly charge you 100pounds per night for 'incidentals' and anything you might charge to your room during your stay. That is a lot of money, way too much money in my opinion. I stayed 2 nights so that's 200pounds for 1 person! it's not mentioned when booking, i only found out the day before i was arriving. yes it gets reimbursed back into your account when you don't spend anything but still, that's 200 pounds of travel budget you'sre missing out on. And yes the hotel is very nice, staff is friendly, but I overheard they are now part of the hyatt group since may 2025 and it shows. It seems this has sucked all the personality out of the hotel and i did not experience the same vibe and atmosphere. Whereas before everyone was extremely welcoming, relaxed and able to show their own personality, now it's your standard hotel service. Still very friendly but think of it more like a robot, friendly but without personality.
