Why Concert-goers love it

You’re staying where the action is—within walking distance of some of NYC’s top live music venues and just blocks from subway lines and rideshares. The hotel’s soundproofed rooms offer a quiet retreat after a loud night out, and the flexible check-in at 3pm and check-out at 12pm means you won’t feel rushed. Plus, the rooftop nightclub Le Bain lets the party continue without ever leaving the building.

Overall great experience, but a...

Liked: Very nice room in view, clean interiors and convenient location.
Disliked: The lobby was very chaotic. There’s not enough stuff for the amount of gas checking in and out. When I was checking out the female stuff was extremely rude and impatient. Does not customers experience, but just want to get her job done.

Worst trip

Liked: Nothing I didn’t get what was advertised and they overcharged me so much ? I have photos and evidence the room wasn’t the one I purchased and it was all moldy and chipped I’m very upset
Disliked: Everything I said in the first section. I didn’t get what I paid for and they over charged me 300 after

Great location. Great design. Bad...

Liked: Great location. Great Staff in reception- they really made our daughters feel welcome!
Disliked: We stayed in two rooms, for two nights. We couldn’t sleep the first night because the ventilation system was making a lot of noise ( room 417). The hotel was full that night and the issue couldn’t be solved by maintenance. We were upgraded the following day, but the AC in the new room (712) couldn’t be turned off and the hot water run out while we where showering.

Lost its charm, better options...

Liked: Location is great, nice staff.
Disliked: Had to call 3x, go to the desk multiple times and wait 4 hours for a crib to be delivered. Nobody answers the front desk phones, big line for checking in and lemonade cart was empty/dirty looking.

Loved it.

Liked: The location is excellent, lots of bars and restaurants nearby and close to the subway. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and our room was very comfortable with views out over the Hudson. We had a rate which included breakfast which we enjoyed. Happy hour cocktails in the Standard Grille were great.
Disliked: There was no coffee in the room - you could get one from the Grille downstairs but we would have preferred being able to make our own in the room.
