Liked: location and building
Disliked: Poor cleaning, trays with food remains on the floor of all the room corridors, very diverse and uninformed staff, the attention is that of a 4-star hotel.

Liked: I’ve stayed in many amazing hotels but st. Regis services was from far the best I’ve ever had. I was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff.Everything was perfectly and smooth. I had the best experience ever.
