Beautiful grounds in a perfect...

Liked: First time staying in Scottsdale and this hotel was perfect. It's a very large resort with several pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and many other amenities. The location was great, only a short drive to Old Town and hiking trails. We had an issue with our first room, but they were nice enough to upgrade us to a nicer room right next to the pool. Staff overall were very friendly and helpful, and room service was very quick with a nice menu to choose from.
Disliked: Daily housekeeping service was nice, however the cleaning could be more meticulate, as we found some items under the night stand from previous guests. Furniture and lighting in the room was a bit outdated. The water temperature in the hot tub was luke warm at night.

Liked: i really enjoyed my overnight stay on April 13 - 14. the staff was very sweet to me, i am pretty sure he was a grounds keeper and he was the sweetest and took the time to lead me to my room, i appreciated it very much.
Disliked: everything was perfect , and very simple check in and check out. i had no problems:)

Disliked: That they allowed a con-artist on the property knowingly knowing about him harass the guests and until asked to do something about no staff stepped up and asked him to leave - he was aggressive in his pitch to get money and made fun of guests sad state of affairs when we called the front desk they said they knew exactly who we were talking about and would send security
