Liked: Very nice indeed, newly refurbished and being kept to a high standard with great staffHaving Harry’s rocks on site is a real bonus , exceptional all round
Disliked: Indoor pool was a little cold and jets in Jacuzzi not all working

Never worth the money. Really...

Liked: Loction and outside pool. room was very nice.
Disliked: We visited when it was newly opened and decided to have a break there this year. The breakfast was poor. The coffee barely tasted so we then bought some which was no better. The whole place was occupied by party goers and ill behaved parents/children. The parents were worse that their children, indoor pool could not be used due to the amount of rowdy kids and parents. Staff kindly warned us not to attempt to use it. Very hard to relax in the main body of the hotel due to constant noise.

Fabulous time

Liked: Everything… clean friendly good food great service. Has a cinema which we didn’t know, fabulous spa, beautiful outdoor pool space, we had a garden room with hot tub which was easy to use. Room cleaned every day.
Disliked: We were under the terrace so occasionally noisy upstairs with the moving of furniture but don’t let this put you off it’s well worth having the hot tub rooms.

Disappointed

Liked: Been here a few times and always been amazing. However this eater weekend was a shambles.
Disliked: Waited an hour for our cold breakfast. Others had waited an hour an a half, restaurant was full of unhappy people on Easter morning all arguing with staff, not a nice way to spend your Easter. The spa pool & jacuzzi were cold, couldn’t get in them. Service was seriously lacking, such a shame as it’s a beautiful hotel.
