Amazing place, 100% recommended
Liked: The staff was really nice, very easy place to make new friends. The hostel is located in a good area and if you are coming by car there are plenty of parking lots nearby for free from 6pm to 8am. It’s a plus that they serve complementary breakfast every morning.
Disliked: There are no lockers so you need to trust other guests.

Good! :)
Liked: The bathrooms, nice place.
Disliked: It was slow on the reception and we didn’t get enough information. I understand that the lady could have the bad day so it’s fine! But be positive would be nice.

Inconvenient and uncomfortable
Liked: I loved that they made fresh mini pancakes and chocolate chips mini pancakes. Glad they had complimentary tea, but the coffee was bad. Having a large common room was great because people could hang out there and hold conversations instead of in the bedrooms. There were swing seats and couch, benches, pool table, and bar stools. There was good hand soap, and even had shampoo, conditioner AND body wash. There were two large kitchen sinks instead of having to wait for one to use.
Disliked: I felt the staff didn't care about good customer service, very unapproachable, not knowledgeable about the spots to go to. Some were nice. There's no locker to lock up valuables. The music in the common room was extremely loud, it did not help my disability. My first night had a belligerent person in my dorm caused hostility & discomfort & I couldn't change my room for that night. They had an issue with that person for days & did nothing about it, not even evict them. The washrooms were always occupied so you ended up not getting to clean up when you needed to. The place was also under renovations. There's no elevator. There are many roosters in the area that crows nonstop for a long time & you cannot sleep. There was alcohol in the dorm when food & beverages were not allowed in the rooms. People had snacks in the room, which I thought that snacks, food & drinks should be ok, but not alcohol. I also didn't liked that no one at the front desk seemed to know how to get to the hostel & how to take the bus. It meant that once I arrived, I wasted 2 hours of exploration because it was once an hour bus frequency trying to hunt down how to take it. (Google Map wasn't helpful.) They should have provided the bus stop names by the hostel (very bad idea to use the hostel's address because the bus loops the opposite way towards the mall & return to the hostel, & does 8-loops before going the right way to destinations) so that I could have gone to them & avoided spending 20 minutes doing 8-loops around the hostel. The bus drivers were ignorant that they made me stay on to do the unnecessary loops & then dropped me off at the wrong hostel on the other side on the hill thinking it's the only hostel in the area.
