Liked: Staff were lovely . Great Central location
Disliked: Dirty floors , run down , broken windows , like a maze not enough signs for way out , rooms need modernising..everything old and worn out / damaged .

Disliked: The room was tiny, the sheets were stained, the shower was filthy. The hotel was full of refugees or immigrants. We walked straight out and booked the local Travelodge. The area felt very intimidating and unwelcome.

Liked: Staff were friendly and bed linen/towels seemed clean. Bed was very comfy.
Disliked: Carpets were so dirty I didn't take my shoes off to walk around. Kettle in room but no tea, coffee, cups etc. Bathroom really grotty, we only used the loo, didn't want to shower.

Liked: Even though this hotel needs a lot of money throwing at it, I have to say that we have stayed there 3 times in the past year and found our rooms clean and comfortable. I usually bring my own pillow when staying away because I hate the smell of other people in my bed but this hotel has very clean and pleasant smelling beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful and we will definitely return again.
Disliked: The location of the hotel is in a pretty rough part of Bournemouth and the hotel is run down and could benefit from a million being spent on it. Get past the facade though and the rooms are clean and pleasant. The hotel just needs a revamp.
