Adults-Only Boutique Vibes Just Off the Strip

Modern and edgy, The Lexi Las Vegas - 21 and over Hotel is an adults-only escape just over a mile from the Stratosphere and a short drive from the Strip’s biggest entertainment venues. This 3-star boutique hotel blends a laid-back atmosphere with stylish design, offering concert-goers a cool, grown-up base to enjoy the best of Vegas music and nightlife.

Why Concert-goers love it

With major venues like the Sphere and the Strip just minutes away, The Lexi is perfectly located for a music-filled weekend. After a long night out, you'll appreciate the quiet, adults-only setting—no kids running through the halls here. The 24-hour front desk and flexible luggage storage make pre- and post-show logistics a breeze. Plus, free private parking means no stressing over rideshares after the encore.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends looking to enjoy concerts and nightlife together
  • Solo travelers catching a bucket-list performance
  • Couples making a romantic music-filled weekend of it
  • Fans who want to unwind in a quieter, adult-only spot post-show
  • Budget-conscious travelers who still want style and location

Food and Drink Options

The Lexi features an on-site bar and is surrounded by walkable dining options, from casual bites to late-night eats. While there’s no full restaurant on-site, the location makes it easy to find food day or night. For those late mornings after a high-energy show, nearby breakfast joints have you covered.

Nightlife Options

You're in Vegas, so nightlife is never far. The Lexi’s bar is a great place to start your night with a strong cocktail or meet fellow concert-goers. From dive bars to rooftop lounges, the surrounding area offers plenty of options to keep the party going—or wind it down.

What People Say

Guests love the chill, boutique feel and praise the friendly, helpful staff. The adult-only policy is a standout feature for those wanting a more relaxed vibe, and reviewers highlight the stylish rooms and comfy beds as perfect for post-concert recovery. The convenient location without being in the middle of the Strip chaos is another big win.

Areas for Improvement

It’s not the fanciest hotel in Vegas, and a few guests mention that some rooms could use light updates. There’s also no full restaurant on-site, so plan ahead if you want a sit-down meal without leaving. But for most concert-goers, the trade-off is worth it.

The Bottom Line

A stylish, adults-only stay just minutes from top Vegas venues—The Lexi is perfect for music lovers who want to party, then rest in peace.

Pleasant

Liked: Having a suite with two bedrooms, I had my elderly step-dad (84) with us, we just lost my mom last week, so he was very shaky
Disliked: Being told I owed an additional $34.01 for their fee when I thought I had paid in full through booking.com, plus a $250 deposit, I'll get back in 5 days. Had to go through the lobby to the outside to go up two flights of stairs to an unmarked door. "This was supposed to be the penthouse." The shower door did not seal well, and the shower head pointed right out the door water went out along the wall and tripped a gfi plug, so we had no lights until we found the gfi and discovered the issue using a phone flashlight. Coffee maker had someone's coffee still in it. There were three of us, and we had two paper cups to use. Many of the light switches did nothing. Some lights did not turn on. When you came in the door there was a small landing and a step down into the hall, the lights did not turn on so we had to use cellphone flashlights to make our way in and locate light switches. No microwave. Free parking, but lots of glass in the parking lot, did not give confidence that the parking lot was safe. Again, we had my step-dad 84 years old with some mobility issues, and we were not expecting stairs to the penthouse, let alone outside stairs. There were people talking outside our room between 2-4 am. This hotel we found was in the middle of several strip clubs, right next to the freeway. For $634.92, I was very disappointed overall. Even the decor, while clean, had chipped paint and uncomfortable chairs. There was no toilet paper holder, and I finally found toilet paper in a drawer under the sink.

Disappointing stay with hidden fees,...

Liked: It was okay see what we didnt like
Disliked: We recently stayed at The Lexi Las Vegas, and overall, the experience was just okay. The hotel looks great in the photos, but those were clearly taken by a skilled photographer — in person, it doesn’t quite live up to the polished image. One major downside is the location: the hotel is right next to a highway, so there’s a lot of traffic noise, especially in rooms facing that side. The reception experience was disappointing. The woman at the front desk seemed more interested in her phone than in helping us — everything we asked felt like too much trouble for her.On top of that, we were charged an extra $30 per day plus taxes, even though our Booking.com reservation clearly stated that all services were included. Thankfully, after contacting Booking.com’s customer service and filing a complaint, we were refunded the extra fees — but it took effort that shouldn't have been necessary. The room itself was also underwhelming. The shower didn’t have warm water, which was really inconvenient, and one of the bedside table lamps didn’t work.In short: this hotel has potential, but our experience was filled with small but frustrating issues. Between the noise, the poor service, the surprise fees, and the room problems, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Boudoir Vibes

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. That's all I got. Mini fridge was nice. View from my window was nice.
Disliked: The whole property is wierd. I pulled in and there was a guy dumpster diving in the parking lot. The decor is like something out of a cat house. Really weird. The smell is kind of like incense or weed or a combination of the two. One of the lights in my room was flickering like a strobe. The whole vibe of the place just seemed off. Wouldn't recommend staying there with kids.
