Disappointed but convenient for Eurostar
Liked: One staff member was friendly the rest were very unhelpful
Disliked: The stairs. We are in our sixties and had been put on the top floor… very narrow windey stairs that were dangerous with our medium size suitcases

Small room and noisy
Liked: The location was good. Decoration was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly
Disliked: The size of lower ground basement room was tiny and claustrophobic. The noise above was terrible, I barely slept all night. Could constantly hear footsteps and front door and I don’t think it was guests, I think it was reception I could hear. I wouldn’t stay again because of that

Cramped Claustrophobic
Liked: Close to Trains and central location. Friendly staff
Disliked: Rooms are incredibly small especially with a double bed pressed hard up against the wall. It was very cramped. There was a constant sewer smell from the bathroom. The pictures of the rooms on the website over represented the actual size of the room. Thy were deceptive
