Why Concert-goers love it

Location is everything—and The Judd Hotel delivers. You're just a 10-minute walk from King's Cross and Euston, making it a breeze to reach any major London venue via Tube or train. The hotel’s quiet garden-view setting also means you can sleep soundly after a loud night out. With a 3:00 PM check-in and an 11:00 AM checkout, there’s time to relax before and after your event.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends looking for a central, affordable base
  • Solo travelers attending a bucket-list show
  • Couples planning a weekend of music and London experiences
  • Fans who want a quieter recovery spot after the encore
  • Budget-conscious music lovers seeking value and location

Food and Drink Options

While The Judd Hotel doesn’t offer a full-service restaurant, it does serve a continental breakfast—ideal for a slow morning after a late night. You're also within walking distance of numerous cafes, pubs, and casual eateries around King’s Cross and Bloomsbury. Though there’s no room service, the area’s 24/7 convenience stores and food spots will keep you well-fed.

Nightlife Options

London’s buzzing nightlife is just minutes away. From the indie bars of Camden to the theatres of the West End, you’re never far from a post-gig drink. While the hotel itself doesn’t host live music, its location puts you close to some of the city's most famous nightlife districts. And if you're after a quieter nightcap, the nearby pubs offer classic British charm and great local brews.

What People Say

Guests love the central location, especially for quick access to transport and local attractions. Reviewers often highlight the clean rooms and friendly staff, with many noting the peaceful garden views as a bonus. It’s consistently praised as a great value option for short stays in London.

Areas for Improvement

Rooms can be on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for central London. Some guests mention the annex building across the street as being confusing during check-in, but once settled, most find it comfortable and quiet.

The Bottom Line

The Judd Hotel is a charming, well-located spot that gives concert-goers a quiet, comfortable stay within easy reach of London’s top music venues.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. It was also clean to be fair.
Disliked: Stuck in an "annexe" across the street - booked to stay in the Judd, not the Jenkins hotel down the street that has been rebranded as "the Judd Hotel Annexe" (yet the sign still says Jenkins hotel). Basement room, window didn't open, very hot. Extremely expensive considering.

I Will Come back.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: If possible, add protection on doors that are very noisy when they slam.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was comfortable, if a little rough around the edges. Could do with a lick of paint and an update!
Disliked: Room a little shabby. TV didn’t turn off properly. Breakfast selection was very limited - cold toast, cold plates, not worth the extra overall cost. After eating breakfast I was ill. My daughter didn’t eat and was fine.

Small, friendly hotel with everything...

Liked: Very clean, very nicely-decorated rooms with air conditioning, kettle, coffee machine and comfortable beds. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were provided in the bathroom, which although small, was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was a mixture of continental and cooked - limited options but again, more than enough for our needs. Staff were friendly and we were able to leave our baggage on our last day.
Disliked: Not a big deal at all, but the breakfast area was quite tight.

Good location

Liked: Breakfast was basic in terms of choice but well organised, with both cooked and cold items. The single room I had was bigger than in some other hotels in the area I had stayed in. The location was good for access to stations and quiet with not much traffic. Nice to have a coffee machine.
Disliked: Although the bathroom was quite large for a single room, the shower was disappointing. The tray did not drain too well, the water flow was low in volume, and the curtain was inadequate.

A pleasant stay in a...

Liked: Perfect location near Euston and Kings Cross stations - we were able to leave our luggage before / after checkout and it was very convenient to then hop back on the tube for the day. Tiny bathroom but a powerful shower. It was basic accommodation but clean and comfortable. The check in staff were helpful and friendly
Disliked: We did hear some noise from people outside returning to this and other hotels. Breakfast wasn’t great unfortunately and so we only went once (no croissants, pre-toasted cold bread, no eggs) but it was easy to find food elsewhere
