A pleasant stay in a...

Liked: Perfect location near Euston and Kings Cross stations - we were able to leave our luggage before / after checkout and it was very convenient to then hop back on the tube for the day. Tiny bathroom but a powerful shower. It was basic accommodation but clean and comfortable. The check in staff were helpful and friendly
Disliked: We did hear some noise from people outside returning to this and other hotels. Breakfast wasn’t great unfortunately and so we only went once (no croissants, pre-toasted cold bread, no eggs) but it was easy to find food elsewhere

Overall, a great, comfortable place...

Liked: The rooms were convenient to breakfast and each other. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the temperature was well-regulated. Breakfast was fresh with several options each morning - a perfect way to start our day. It was great having an espresso machine in the room with fresh pods provided each day.
Disliked: There was a bright light right outside the window and the curtains did not completely block it out which affected our sleep. The shower stalls were very small and a small end table would be helpful to put things.

I wouldn't stay again

Liked: Location ok
Disliked: Bedding smelt dirty, so bad it stopped me sleeping. I also specifically requested a quiet room, the employee didn't notice this fact so I was allocated the loudest room in the hotel on the ground floor right on the road up front. No other rooms were available as he gave the last remaining room as I was queuing to complain that i requested a quiet room.
