Liked: The building and location
Disliked: Door key wouldn’t work and had to change rooms . The dining room was extremely small and busy.

Liked: Room was clean and well presented, breakfast was good quality. For the location the price is reasonable.
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable. Our room had a window which rattled whenever anyone walked across the floor. Biggest issue was the noise of the industrial fans outside. They were very noisy and kept us awake.

Disliked: Great location and very good breakfast. However, the room was extremely small. If you're carrying a large suitcase, it’s hard to move around, and access to the room can be tricky. The shower box is also very tight, but it was manageable. In the end, for just one night and only to sleep, it was sufficient.

Comfortable, quiet and very competitively...

Liked: Lovely quiet location a stone’s throw from Euston station but on a quiet, safe feeling street with views over a park. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was cosy and comfortable even after a full day’s travelling. Breakfast smelled amazing and checkout was just as simple and friendly as checking in.
Disliked: The sole detractor to this hotel is the lack of lift - not a problem if you only have a backpack as I did but not ideal with large amounts of luggage. Such is the trade off for a cosy boutique hotel in a beautifully maintained building though!
