Disappointing

Liked: The manager upgraded our room to a pool view.

Fair hotel if you want...

Liked: Pool was ok
Disliked: Outdated rooms mainly the bathroom. It wasn’t very clean on the check in, they did it better when they cleaned my room afterwards.

Expensive for the condition of...

Liked: Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants. Most rooms are pool facing. Pool area is good too. The view of the mountains at a distance was breathtaking. The lady at the front desk was super friendly.
Disliked: Front desk charged $100 on credit card as deposit, while most hotels take it as credit authorization. When the deposit was refunded, I lost $10 CAD due to forex conversion. They don’t clean the room or make the bed. When asked they dropped a bunch of towels and bed sheets on the bed. They expect guests to make their own bed!!

Meh, its a room

Liked: Location is great, the room was clean-ish. the air conditioning worked well. I would only stay here again if nothing else was available.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower, was the worst ive ever experienced in a hotel ever. The staff seemed to be bothered when I asked questions about the room or towels, or check out.

Looking for something cheap in...

Liked: Simple, a bang for your buck! A short ride share away from downtown
Disliked: Not as clean as I would always like, but you get what you pay for.
