Liked: Bed was large and comfortable. The daily cleaner did an excellent job.
Disliked: Room a bit tired, on noisy road and very limited parking. Car parks in area very expensive so increased overall cost of our 3 night break. Don't pre-book breakfast as cheaper to pay as you go.

Disliked: No fan in room too hot for puppy and myself/ no distance between twin beds /very stained mattress/ stained chair, Very small room/ not enougth tea coffee sachets or milk/ no asking when booking disbled facilities available/ worn carpet on stairs/ no warning of very loud karaoke for outr night. Needs updating with sheets mattrees/pillow protectors/tv/shower tray.

Disliked: bathroom had a pot to catch drips under the rad, repairs in the shower tray, so much rust. it was very noisy, didn’t feel that safe

Excellent short break.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was clear evidence of wear and tear, so need refurbishment.
