Nice place friendly staff room...

Liked: Room was so tiny shower needed mould and limescale cleaning toilet roll holder hanging off wall about to fall off room marks on wall room needed some attention
Disliked: The room scruffy

Disliked: Traffic noise in room 311 on Ripon Road. Really loud!

Nice clean hotel would stay...

Liked: Central to local town ,restaurants and pubs
Disliked: The room was cosy however had a shelf on the wall next to bottom of bed bit dangerous during the night if you needed to get up

Nice comfy big room &...

Liked: Lovely spacious clean room, excellent breakfast in a lovely breakfast room
Disliked: Walls were thin so could hear neighbours talking. Corridors, communal areas a bit tied - didn’t bother me unduly. Shower really weak, woke up to a shower tray full of lots of little dark bits - must have dropped from shower head overnight - room 130

Liked: Excellent location, friendly helpful staff and good bar. Nice decor downstairs.
Disliked: Room and bathroom needed redecorating. Shower pressure poor and not much hot water. Could have been cleaner and TV didn’t work as no signal.Breakfast average with poor coffee.
