Liked: Nice hotel.
Disliked: First option room in a basement. Check out - charging me for fake dinner. Only tiny breakfast included - good quality, very tiny.

Liked: The hotel is located a few blocks from the Santa Fe train station and the waterfront, so was easy to get around.The breakfast and dinner were also good, and the room was really nice.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was perfect! Only a block from the train, and close to many restaurants, Little Italy, Seaport Village, and shopping. We were able to walk all around. Comfy room, very quiet, nice amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast, too.

Disliked: My account was deducted twice on pre authorization on two different cards (both from my Revolut account)One of the payment has been settled after I checked out. But the other one is still on hold till now, and I have to wait till late May if the hotel doesn’t release the fund earlier. I tried to contact them on booking but no response. Complimentary breakfast was very small and simple.

Best stay in San Diego

Liked: Beautiful renovated older hotel, very comfortable, clean room & perfect location. Check in was easy & we were allowed to check in early. Continental breakfast provided but since we were checking out very early, we were provided with a Keurig coffee maker in our room.
Disliked: Loved everything
