Our stay was very nice!

Liked: My favorite part was how kind and helpful the staff was.
Disliked: The pull out couch could have been comfier but again it is a pull out couch so expectations were not high

Disliked: The lobby code, room code, and garage code didn't work. Fortunately, the concierge was on duty and gave us a new code (good recovery). The couch and chairs in the beautiful sitting room were soooo uncomfortable

Liked: Superb location. Commodious room with all entities. Restaurant off the lobby. Staff listened when you spoke. Exceedingly impressed by all.
Disliked: Had to call twice to get an electrical outlet stabilized near the shower— electrical hazard. Work completed around a tight wedding schedule. When I came back to the room later in the day, the door remained open. My security was compromised. Did a sweep of the room found nothing gone. It didn’t sit well with me. Site will not permit video upped load so that’s all I have. Sorry I thought the night from Joab and your team was a lovely touch. Made me feel like family.

Liked: Staff was helpful, the room was prepared as requested & the view of downtown Dallas was lovely.
Disliked: Communication was often delayed & I had to initiate requests more than once each time something was needed. Also, Mint House needs a real hotel style luggage cart for guests to utilize.
