Very good

I highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: The perfect location. Access to the beach, town centre, and bus stops within walking distance, which gives maximum points.Friendly and helpful staff, the entire hotel is clean and fresh. Comfy bed.Delicious buffet breakfasts.
Disliked: The garden is a bit neglected and needs more fresh plants and flowers, as well as new outdoor furniture.It would be a good idea to introduce a variety of fruits and natural yoghurt.

Liked: Excellent hotel. A very nice and quiet yet central location . The Hotel is classic but well maintained, rooms are very comfortable although the shower box was too small, Very good breakfast.But the best of all is the staff!!! Roberto and Redenta are very friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure how they made us feel welcome.Take the bus 50 to swanage and the train to Corfe Castle.....beautiful!

Liked: Clean and friendly staff, close to the train station and the beach.
Disliked: A bit expensive (although probably a normal price for Bournemouth). I could hear the other guests, although they weren’t loud, the walls and doors were just thin.

Very good, lovely welcoming hotel,...

Liked: Very clean, staff were so helpful and kind, and engaged in conversation, breakfast was so good and you could have as much or little as you wished.
Disliked: There was noting about the grove hotel that we were not pleased with.

Peaceful & comfortable

Liked: Super clean. Close to the beach. Great food! Great staff!
Disliked: Couldn’t connect the phone to the tv. But it wasn’t a bothering thing.

Delightful, memorable, unforgettable

Liked: Booked their disabled room facilities were excellent, really spacious room big enough for a wheelchair. I had torn a muscle when I arrived and I was allowed a bucket of ice for it no problem. A sit down shower and body drier, I didn't even know one existed. Thoroughly loved my stay would recommend and stay again.
Disliked: The only down side is that the lift doors do not open automatically, you have to pull the outside door open yourself which I found a little heavy but that's just due to my own physical limitations
