Liked: The service provided by the team from housekeeping to Reception was excellent, the room was clean and appreciated having tea/coffee facilities available in the room.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing a renovation project and there was no breakfast provided within the two weeks. In addition, the noise from the renovation at times started early in the morning so unable to relax but looking forward to returning once the renovations have been completed to see the outcome.

Liked: My overall stay was excellent. I did miss the restaurant.

Great location for family visits...

Liked: Breakfast was provided by an external catering service. Plenty to eat, with eggs, sandwiches, several meats, and good coffee. The renovations meant that food was only available for breakfast or from a small refrigerator. The hotel was really great about our dog staying with us.
Disliked: The renovations got in the way of our full enjoyment of the hotel. It should be really great when everything is finally put back together.

Great staff, clean, but pricey...

Liked: Very clean and staff was great!
Disliked: The vent in the bathroom was CONSTANTLY buzzing and you could see the hallway lights from under the door. We had to throw a towel under the door to keep the light out. Also walls were quite thin.
