Liked: Great location ,comfortable bed,tea coffee in room .we have stayed here many times before and we can see continual improvement in every way it just gets better and better .

Grand Experience

Liked: The value was exceptional. The location was perfect and the staff were polite and helpful. The view of the bay from our room was superb. The en suite was quite small but the fittings were newish and the umbrella shower was excellent.
Disliked: In parts, the hotel looked a little bit tired. It could do with a makeover. The doorframe into our en suite (room 2) needs to be fixed as a priority as it is split and has sharp edges.
