Good for a family get...

Liked: Fantastic position
Disliked: Terribly slow check in - nearly an hour long queue. More staff needed plus is identification check of passports/driving licence necessary for uk citizens. This slowed it down. Previous nights stay elsewhere booked online key handed over on arrival no further check in needed.

Poor - 1.0 out of 5

Eye opening one-off.

Liked: Historic building, staff were lovely. The main lobby was grand and looked amazing.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable. It was two single beds pushed together. One pillow, the air filter in the bathroom let an awful noise go everytime the light switched on. The room was dusty other than the bed and the tv & table. There was a feedback card on the desk with no pen. The pain on the walls is flaking around the hotel, the lift felt as though it was going to break and genuinely took around 5 minutes to go to the required floor (there’s only 4 floors it could’ve gone to). Vending machines were broke, the toy vending machine was turned off also.

Liked: Dirty boxers left in the room which was generally very dirty. The staff were nice and hotel entertainment was good. Just needs to be cleaner
Disliked: Cleanliness
