Under staffed. Advertised breakfast but not available. No spare soap or toilet roll. Shower not working.

Liked: Was clean.
Disliked: Shower not working. Couldn't get key till 3.30 as no one on reception.

Liked: The staff I encountered were pleasant and easy to talk with good location room was basic but you pay for what you get area doesn't have a lot to do for the length of my stay if you are a solo traveller
Disliked: Room never once got cleaned 1 towel with 2 hand towels which weren't replaced once same bed sheets for the whole of my journey and 1 toilet roll given had to go out and buy myself a blanket toilet roll was very poor on this side of the stay definitely needs to be looked into the fact of having no lift would be a downside to any elderly people or people with difficulty walking and no food options being available and reception rarely anyone there

Very disappointing and very dissatisfied

Liked: The location
Disliked: The checking in was apporling . Having to ring my booking agent to find out how to check in because no one on reception on arrival had to wait 45 minutes before receptionist arrived to check us in only to be told she was cleaning. This is unacceptable as the hotel was informed of our time of arrival 3pm and having to ring our agent is unacceptable also whole experience was a disaster and won’t be booking this hotel again

Liked: Was near everything we needed
Disliked: The room was boiling hot so was uncomfortable, also for 2 hours throughout the nite the radiator constantly banged so kept us awake !!!

Pleasant

Disliked: Very noisy guests in other rooms and nothing was done out said noise! People running up and down the stairs, shouting and stomping about

Not worth a look

Liked: Literally nothing, horrible place and staff aren't able to communicate in English.
Disliked: They didn't give me my refund, as it was not even worth a penny
