Great location; lovely historic hotel, and overall, friendly and hospitable staff.

Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel!

Liked: It was a beautiful hotel with really nice staff. Especially the cleaning staff and front desk and bar. The room we got 1209 was beautiful, with huge windows and beautiful view! The gym had everything you needed. Used it twice and has a Peloton! Came during Fiesta so the top of the building lit up in different colors!
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and leaned to one side. (Only the one by the window), my kid's mattress was good. Sometimes the lamp would go out in the room and every once in a while the elevator would stop on random floors (the lights on the elevator buttons would be selected and then just "reset")

Liked: The location is most convenient to get anywhere in downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby and a safe area. The Lobby decor is very welcoming and the staff is helpful.
Disliked: The rooms could be brighter.
