Liked: very nice property, not deluxe or lavish, but comfortable and nicely located.
Disliked: tv reception is iffy due to Cable Supplier

Rohoboth is a beautiful place...

Liked: Good location..but needs updating and better housekeeping .. the floors and furniture in our room were dirty. Overall I would give it a 2 out of a 5 .
Disliked: Dirty tub and floors ..

Liked: The location was great. Staff was very friendly. Lots of snack/ food options in lobby.
Disliked: There was a good amount of miscellaneous hair in bathroom and on one of the comforters that was not ours.

Liked: Very friendly staff that loves dogs and gave our dogs a toy and treats. Great snacks and drinks in the lobby. Grass area for pets to use. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Disliked: Fairly remodeled rooms, but lots of things don’t work. TV remotes don’t work with TV’s. (We had 2 different rooms). Shower ran at the same time as filling the tub. Rooms are very small for 2 people with dogs.
