Would stay here again. Has...

Liked: Really cool place. Great location!
Disliked: Valet parking only, and app they used was frustrating. Valet parking very expensive. Our room thermostat would reset itself to 86 degrees Fahrenheit in middle of the night for no obvious reason. Rooms are large and comfortable.

More about convenience than comfort,...

Liked: The room had a mini fridge and came with two complimentary water bottles. The location can’t be beat — 1 minute to Rivercenter Mall and 2 minutes to the Alamo.
Disliked: Our room had a direct view of the lobby and check-in desk, so no outside view. The rooms feel outdated, with an older TV (not a big deal unless you’re really into TV) and a bathroom that was just okay.

Liked: We loved everything about our stay. The room was comfortable, and the hotel amenities and staff were lovely and amazing. We enjoyed our time in the city, seeing the sights, and our downtime in the tavern.

Disappointing stay in a place...

Liked: Next to the Alamo. Liked the history of the building.
Disliked: Ok, I don’t usually complain but this was really disappointing. We had to leave a night early to find another hotel. Overpowering smell of air fresheners, disengaged staff, hard mattress, and the restaurant left a lot to be desired with the food quality and long wait (although our waitress was very good).
