Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: We had to wait approximately 20 minutes in the hall way because the key card wasn’t programmed correctly.

Awesome building with historic features....

Liked: Right next to The Alamo and convenient walk into San Antonio Riverwalk District. We spent three days at The Crockett and did not need a car. Lovely old building.
Disliked: Our Cozy Queen room was definitely cosy! Facilities were okay though. Would have been nice to have a kettle in our room to make a cup of tea.

Great place if you want...

Liked: The property is within steps of the Alamo, the Riverwalk Mall, and different eateries. It was wonderful having everything in walking distance. The staff were nice. Enjoyed the lobby and the tavern was handy for a quick meal.
Disliked: The parking was EXPENSIVE. We paid $45 per day. There were very little options to park anywhere else. We also were discouraged to parking elsewhere. There’s no true breakfast at the hotel, they have a small coffee shop that sells expensive muffins and such like Starbucks. Nothing was included with our stay. We were on the second floor, which meant we heard every word of the singer downstairs in the tavern. Loud music until 11 pm each night. Also, and this is not the fault of the hotel, there is construction currently going on at the Alamo, so every morning about 7:30 am, the sounds of a construction crew comes blaring through. Hotel is old, bathrooms are a bit dated. Rooms are not cleaned during the stay unless you arrange that with the front desk.

Liked: Very close to local historical site and modern shopping
Disliked: not keen on valet parking but it is optional, also noise from the bar isn't the best for jet lag.
