Liked: Staff were wonderfulSetting is gorgeous
Disliked: Bar, restaurant and public rooms were great .Room and other areas looking a bit tired.One bedside light didn’t work and bulbs were not working in main light .

Comfortable, spacious room, super dog...

Liked: Breakfast was very tasty. Beautiful location. Really dog friendly- a table outside the restaurant to keep our dog with us for breakfast and even a sausage for the dog!
Disliked: Some board games eg scrabble/ chess in the lounge would have been nice.

For a small hotel very...

Liked: The food and the staff were excellent I couldn’t fault the service in any way .My wife left something in our room when we left and just one phone call to the hotel saw it posted back within 24 hours. Amazing
Disliked: Bed could have been more comfortable and the curtains in our room did not fit

Liked: Such a beautiful stay at the coed. Absoloutely fantastic staff and stunning venue for our wedding. The staff couldn't do enough for us, and everything was just perfect!
Disliked: There was nothing that we could say wasn't up to scratch

Nice hotel, friendly staff, will...

Liked: Staff were very friendly the location was perfect for business in Pencoed, building was very pleasant and the room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The table collapsed mid breakfast so that was something... the hotel had been shut for a few weeks when we visited and parts were still in the process of being finished although I fully appreciate that the staff made every effort to not let this be an inconvenience
