Liked: It was a beautifully appointed room - everything a person would need in a small space. The king bed was very comfortable.

Liked: We were pleased to be able to check in early as we arrived earlier than planned. The room was clean, tastefully renovated and well-appointed, with complimentary coffee, a huge t.v. screen and a very comfortable bed. The location was very convenient and the room was excellent value for the price. There is an excellent restaurant open for breakfast very nearby.

Everything was great except for...

Liked: The staff who worked the front desk were extremely attentive, kind and professional.
Disliked: The bed and duvet in our room smelled strongly of body odor. We only discovered this as we lay down to sleep around 11:30 pm. We alerted front desk and they moved us to an adjacent room for the night. The following morning the concierge assume that a 30% discount would be applied. I am to inform booking.com of this in order for it to be processed. I hope this will serve as notice of that, but I will follow up when I return home.

Liked: the bed was really comfortable; the bathroom was recent and comfy as well. the staff was so polite, smiling, and friendly/helpful from start to finish. my stay was an absolute success!

Liked: The front desk service was exceptional, checking in and even helping with a suitcase to the room. The lobby set up was a pleasant surprise. Grocery store and Starbucks next door was so convenient we brought breakfast back to the kitchenette.
