Pleasant

Liked: Location is nice, 20 minutes walk from the center.. the area is nice
Disliked: We saw a mouse in the room, they gave us a new room but with little apologize and no commercial gesture. We understand it can happen but it’s never a nice experience and a commercial gesture would have been nice (even a glass of wine)

Liked: The room size and decor. I was delighted to have received a free upgrade. The location is excellent, just a 20 minute walk from the city centre, and well served by buses.Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I found the pillows to be uncomfortable - too soft, not providing enough support. I woke a number of times that night.I would've asked at reception about other types of pillow had I been staying a 2nd night.
