Liked: Staff very friendly. No hand towels,shower was cold, tea/coffee although good make they were undrinkable absolutely disgusting. Lift didn’t work staff said it will fixed in a few days,looking at previous reviews the lift has been out of action since August last year. Breakfast offered on the website, kitchen being refurbished. Bed lovely and comfortable. Requires updating. Vanity light did not work cover fell off. Noisy guests walking around.

Disliked: Lift out of order so had to walk up 3 flights of stairs Central heating in our room didn't workDivan bed base had a massive rip on one side Couldn't open window properly in room Dirty curtain in room , had white marks all done the side! No blind in bathroomNo hand towels A couple of dead fly's on window seal in bathroom Shower : The hot water only run for about 20 seconds so had a Luke warm showerShaving /light switch didn't workDuck tape around the bottom of wordrobe Nobody on reception in the evening have to call a mobile number if needed Would not recommend this hotel!!
