The Boundary Hotel - B&B

I enjoyed my visit to the Boundary Hotel. It was comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Liked: It was situated fairly close to both the venue and Burley Park railway station.
Disliked: Just needs a few updates.

Liked: Friendly and accomodating staff, No fuss, real B&B - none of the modern self service unattended nonsense.
Disliked: Facilities could do with an update - wallpaper was peeling in a few spots and the window didn't close.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The bed linen was clean
Disliked: The hotel is rundown and the bedrooms need re- decorating and updating

Disliked: No general maintenance, in desperate need of complete decoration and replastering of ceiling in at least room 7

Disliked: The whole place is filthy.Having stayed here previously and found it cheap, basic but clean, with the added advantage of free parking I booked again. We went to our room but didn't unpack. We immediately had a walk to find somewhere clean to stay. On leaving, noone was in reception so we left the keys , forfeiting our £66 plus £14 for breakfast. We won't be returning.
