Impeccable stay
Liked: The location was great, only a 2 minute walk from a subway station. The hotel really exceeded my expectations. It is very new and clean, exactly like the picture.
Disliked: Only minor complaint is that bathroom door is very heavy. This was not an issue to me, but could be an accessibility issue to others.

Liked: Convenient location. Area is a little run down but trendy with a hipster vibe. Metro very close and convenient. Hotel was clean. Nice staff.
Disliked: Hotel is basic and done cheaply. Mattress very bouncy.

Didn’t feel safe or cared...
Liked: The location of this hotel is good in that it feels like an up and coming area with things opening around it.
Disliked: Poor communication at check in regarding my request and arrangements made in advance for me to have a quiet room as this was a work trip through the Booking.com app. Then early the next morning there was a frightening domestic incident in a room next to mine when I stayed so violent that I was afraid to leave my room to get to the elevator to check out. I was afraid to phone the front desk in case they could hear me as much as I heard them. When the fight went to the balcony I fled. At the front desk the man there was on the phone and barely looked at me when I handed in my room card. He then asked if there had been an argument. Obviously someone else also had reported it to him before he saw me to ask but it seemed no action was taken. I explained the above and he didn’t really respond and remained on the phone speaking to someone through his earbuds. I fled to the front door as quickly as I could. I contacted the hotel twice to discuss more details of this incident and no manager has gotten in touch with me despite being promised that they take this matter seriously and contacting them twice now through the app.
