Good

Liked: The rooms were of good size and very quiet because they faced the courtyard. It was great to be able to use the kitchen. Fabulous part of town!
Disliked: Access only possible thru OpenKeyApp, didn't work properly, very frustrating!!! I called several times and talked to several different people who apparently didn't pass on the information. In the end we had to ask the owner of the shoestore next door to please call the owner in order to finally get the right information about access - not a good system at all!!!

Liked: Good location in a nice, safe neighborhood
Disliked: The mobile check in is a nightmare if you are coming from overseas with a foreign phone. First I never received an email or text with the front door code so had to try and call reception, which was difficult when my phone wasn't picking up reception in America. When I finally got the door code and got to my room the openkey app froze and I couldn't lock door so was moved to another room.

Short but sweet

Liked: Good location and clean. Bluetooth key was a good options once we worked through the check-in process
Disliked: No common area or even a fridge to use which was disappointing. Entry system may not be very user friendly for less tech-savy people and means that if you were to loose your phone, you would have not way to access the room

Area ok and relatively safe....

Liked: The area is nice with a lot of goid restaurants just under the hotel. There is a small but cozy park at the cornet. The hotel is clean
Disliked: Check in and check out are really problematic and stressful specifically if you enter at night late. They forgot to send is for check in a day before and after sending emails and waiting long time at airport it works. It has problem with non USA telephone number. I hope they improve the checking system

Affordable and great neighborhood.

Liked: Great location. Felt like we were living in SF for a couple of days. Online check in and digital key worked great.
Disliked: Bathroom was subpar. And the stairs were a challenge with our heavy suitcases.
