Disliked: Tired bedroom and bathroom in need of modernising. Step in bath to use shower (not power) over bath using bath taps to adjust temperature. Very dated decor, scuffs and generally in need of attention

Liked: The location is great The staff is very nice. The room is clean and tidy.
Disliked: No AC. The rooms are small and could use some refreshing.Check in was a bit chaotic due to a software update at the reception, which also caused a night when the key didn't work.

Nothing was done for this. We were a group of 5, if she had been given a free drink voucher, we would all have bought a drink. Missed revenue there. Not even a small cake and message left in her room. Quite disappointing.
