Adequate for a single night...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room we were allocated had a large noisy vent outside the window so we couldn’t open it for air on a very hot night

Outdated and Disappointing, other than...

Liked: The bed was very comfy, as was the pillows. The location is good. The staff we spoke to were friendly. The room was generally clean. The lobby was nice. The room size was ok for London.
Disliked: The rooms need maintenance and redecorating. The wallpaper was visibly hanging off the wall, the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the lock had been removed with half of the ironmongery left on the wall. I can't imagine the decor has changed in the last 10 years. The provided fan was full of dust.

Great location hotel

Liked: Friendly professional staff. Good size room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable with opening windows. Pleasant communal seating areas and attentive staff.
Disliked: No bottled water in the room, although water bottle fill up facilities in communal areas, bar and restaurant.

Definitely would stay there again

Liked: Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were lovely and had a lovely bar and restaurant on site.
Disliked: The bathroom was small and got uncomfortably warm. No air conditioning but a small fan was provided. For the price you pay per night, I expected air conditioning in the rooms. But wasn't a deal breaker.
